A free workspace with a real account: sign up, invite your team, plan a project, assign owners and publish it. Plus one server-limited plan preview per network every 24 hours, and the product tours. Paid subscriptions are not open yet, so every workspace stays on Free until a plan is granted.
Three plans from a fully custom blueprint — you name up to three services and their scopes, and the engine builds the schedule, dependencies and critical path — with up to 15 tasks per plan, task status, due dates, and export of your own tasks. Blueprints written by the AI from your SOPs or an industry start on Starter, and Free is a single-person workspace. It is saved to your account, so it is there on your next device and your next browser.

The public engine allows one preview per network every 24 hours, across all sample projects. Choose up to three services and view up to eight tasks; full plans and exports are not provided. Planned Starter workspaces include 20 generations per month, and Advanced includes 100. These allowances are per workspace, not per seat.
Monthly pricing is $9.99 for Starter and $24.99 for Advanced per user. Annual pricing is $7.99 and $19.99 per user per month, billed as $95.88 and $239.88 per year. That is approximately 20% less. Paid plans start at two users; taxes are excluded.
Optionally. An admin turns numbers on under Company and names the currency; each project then carries its contract value, CAPEX and OPEX budgets, contingency and change orders, and each task a budget, what is committed and what was spent. The Finance dashboard reads earned value, CPI, SPI, estimate at completion and margin from them — the arithmetic cost tools use — with the formula beside every figure. Only admins see a number; the team and the client page never do. No rates, invoicing or accounting integration yet.
Yes, as much as you choose. Each project has a read-only client page — the phases, their dates and progress — that opens from a link without a sign-in and stops opening the moment you turn sharing off. Owners, comments, evidence and the internal plan never leave the workspace.
Inside the product, always: the inbox, My tasks and Home. By email when the deployment has email connected: a morning letter with what is late and due today, an invitation, a task that became yours, an approval asked of you, a comment that names you, a task of yours that can start. Each person can turn the letters off from their profile.
On Cloudflare’s network, each workspace in its own isolated storage. Plans export to CSV from inside the product; a full JSON export or deletion is done on request. The security page says what is in place and what is not yet.
No. The demo uses illustrative durations, owners, and calendar-day scheduling. Change the assumptions to see the effect. Company calendars, supplier lead times, resource availability, and local requirements need validation before a real plan is approved.
